Please allow 5-7 business days for your physical merchandise order to be processed. We do not ship on holidays and weekends. Orders placed on Fridays will be shipped on Monday. Please verify your shipping address before completing your order. If the address provided is incorrect, and the item needs to be reshipped, we will charge the cost of reshippinand g the package. No full or partial refunds are given on any products. No refunds on physical books or eBooks. All packages, mail are shipped and delivered via the United States Postal Service First Class Mail or Priority Mail. All custom work is at the buyers expense and all sales are final with no refunds. In case of damage or loss during shipment, please contact the delivery carrier. Claims must be properly filed with the delivering carrier. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurs during shipment, please contact VEK Services by sending an email including your Order # to Shipping@victoriaekain.com. Our customer service representatives will be happy to assist.
